wondered and pondered constantly

repeatedly

wondering who are you

who bleeds into me

my thoughts belong to you

everything I think, I do

I come unglued

undone by the spell I’m under

my eyes, my mind wonder

ponder, wonder

mind asunder

lightning strikes twice

and I’m your thunder

ride the wonder

ponder then plunder

how did she become her?

she’s everything I’ve wanted

all I knew I needed

I see it

set free

how can this be,

we’re leaving lives so gracefully

making space for we

and this space is free
